Beach with Family

I hated to title this post July 4th because it has been so long ago.  I doubted anyone was up for reading anymore Red, White and Blue! At one point in our lives, we never missed a fourth  of July at the beach!  It was a planned, annual event that one did missed unless instructed by a Dr!  But, the next thing you know life happens and it has been years since we watched the fireworks with our toes in the sand.  So despite the ridiculous increased pricing and the massive crowds, when my parents mentioned going for the 4th, we jumped at the chance and had a fantastic time.  No one has to know that that it began with a phone call to poison control, vomiting and and episode of peeing INTO the pool.  Yes, I do mean standing and peeing.  And no, none of these events were from myself, Tim or my parents.  We can keep all of those fond memories to our selves and focus on all the fun we had :)

We love a band aid!

Not sure what this is suppose to be??

That would be June grass!

Spence decided it was okay.  It was like playing on an island!

Have you ever seen so much seaweed?

Poor picture they had traveled from Bham.  And were delish!
Happy Bday G-Daddy!

Visit with Mr Spence!

Here I am again saying that I have fallen behind with my blogging.  I do not know where the summer has gone.  We have managed to stay pretty busy.   I have many posts to update and I will start with Spence's first visit by himself!  We had a blast and he was such a good boy. Not to say that he is not always on his best behavior ;)  We had a full weekend.  Mr Pete, our first foster dog, was delivered Friday before Spence arrived.  The first thing on our Saturday agenda was visiting Tree Top to ride go-carts and play games!  He loved it, the faster the better! On Sunday he asked to go to Chucky Cheeses.  To our amazement, they were not only open on Sunday but open at 9:00AM!!  Spence definetely received the royal tratment for an hour and a half and had the place to himself.  As we were waiting to turn in our tokens and claim his prize, he whispered, "Mimi you made all my dreams come true."  Is that not the cutest and sweetest thing ever??  Cannot wait for his next visit and making a couple more dreams come true!!

Its magic.  The car is red

Now it is yellow!

Buckle up!

Gentlemen start you engines!!

Wave to Big T

Even you can have Chucky Cheeses all to yourself, at 9:00am on Sunday!

Where all his dreams came true :)
